Classical Pilates

We teach Pilates the way Joe Pilates intended his method to be taught: with an order that makes sense, with a focus on the body, with a well trained teacher to provide special attention. Our equipment is Gratz and Basil. We have 6 reformers, 3 Cadillacs, 5 towers, 7 Wunda chairs, 3 High Chairs, 7 Spine Correctors, 3 foot correctors, a Guillotine, Swedish Ladder and more. We offer private sessions, semi privates and small classes using all the equipment. This work is core based, alignment and functional movement learning for those getting back in shape, cross training or recovering from an injury.
