Evolve Movement Collective is a studio where independent instructors rent space and equipment to teach the GYROTONIC® Method and Classical Pilates, as well as other modalities including the MELT® Method. Evolve is fully equipped with the classical Pilates equipment invented by Joe Pilates. It is also equipped with GYROTONIC® Towers, a Leg Extension Unit and a Jump Stretch Board.
Come to Evolve for the best in private and duet sessions. Cross train for your sport or start your safe return to mobility after an injury. Those who teach at Evolve are independent instructors fully certified in the modality they teach. They are able to work with all levels and can provide a session tailored to your needs! We can connect you with one of these teachers if you are interested in excellent personal instruction. Focused workshops are also offered periodically and your suggestions are welcome.
