Classical Pilates
At Evolve, Pilates is taught the way Joe Pilates intended: with an order that makes sense, with a focus on the body, with a well trained teacher. Our equipment is Gratz and Basil. We have Reformers, 2 Wunda chairs, 1 High Chair, 2 Spine Correctors, 2 Foot Correctors, a Cadillac and a ladder barrel. We offer private sessions and semi privates. The work is core based, with alignment and functional movement learning for those getting back in shape, cross training or recovering from an injury.
