Private Pilates, GYROTONIC® or MELT Method sessions are the ideal way to start your practice. This is a one on one session, 55 minutes long. In the Pilates session you will work on the universal reformer, Cadillac, High Chair, Wunda chair, spine corrector, ladder barrel and archival equipment.
The Pilates Method is a workout designed for a total body workout with an emphasis on core strengthening and spine movement and stabilization. It is a mind-body workout. You will see results over time as your body is ready to accept the The session is tailored to your needs, any special requirements and goals. Those who are returning from an injury will get modifications as necessary so that you can have a safe workout with out straining the injury. We can work in tandem with your doctor or PT once they have cleared you for a workout. |
Semi PrivatesThis is a duet session, with two students to one teacher. These are equipment classes, like the private session. Lower cost per person.

Equipment/Reformer ClassesEquipment classes are small groups, 5 maximum, working on the reformer, tower, mat, wunda chair and spine corrector as well as small equipment.

Mat ClassesMat classes are on our classical raised mats with moon boxes. You’ll do the traditional order of the mat work as invented by Joe Pilates. The teacher may add Magic Circles, therabands, balls and foam rollers to the workout. Maximum 8 students.
